I got this email from Nuffnang, to said that i'm not statisfy to join innit. :(
What does it mean for the second point :
2. Free from other Southeast Asia based blog advertising company's ad units or codes in all the blogs registered with Nuffnang.

Innit is an exclusive feature only for Nuffnang's Glitterati members. This is part of our program to reward our loyal bloggers.
In order to qualify to be a Glitterati member, 2 conditions have to be fulfilled;
1. Having at least one Nuffnang ad units in all the blogs registered with Nuffnang.
2. Free from other Southeast Asia based blog advertising company's ad units or codes in all the blogs registered with Nuffnang.
Your current CS WEB DIY blog fails to satisfy the second condition.

Izack, basically u have to be Glitterati memeber, and that means you shd be only advertizing for Nuffnang in layman terms.
Once u r Glitterati, you are automatically a member of Innit.
